The County of Clay, Missouri has an opening for a full-time Deputy Clerk in Liberty, MO. The Deputy Clerk processes files and documents, utilizing computer-driven data entry equipment to prepare and modify files, answers telephones and assists the public. This position requires excellent organization and multi-tasking skills to complete assignments and communicate professionally with the public and staff.

Starting Salary: $18.00 - $20.00/hourly, plus Benefits - Clay County offers a great benefit package to regular full and part-time employees including two defined benefit retirement plans fully funded by the County and a deferred-compensation plan with a match on the first 6% contributed. We also offer three medical plans including two high deductible plans, dental, vision, two flexible spending accounts, and supplemental plans.
