Certified Building Official - City of Kearney, Missouri
The Certified Building Official enforces building codes, ordinances, and regulations to ensure the safety and integrity of structures within the City of Kearney. This position does plan reviews, inspections and permitting while serving as the City’s subject matter expert on building codes. The role also includes providing technical guidance to developers, contractors, and residents and ensuring compliance with state and local regulations.
