Draft Climate Action Technical Report | Open House

Description

In 2023, MARC received a grant through EPA’s Climate Pollution Reduction Grant program to develop a comprehensive climate action plan (technical report). Since then, MARC has worked with community stakeholders to identify community needs and solutions that address regional and local challenges. The Draft Climate Action Technical Report builds on the Regional Kansas City Climate Action Plan adopted in 2021 and serves as one pathway towards building community health, economic prosperity for all and achieving net zero emissions.

We invite you to learn more about the Draft Climate Action Technical Report and share your input at the open house. Open house participants will be offered compensation for their time and travel.
