The Seeds of Change: Early Education Initiative presents: Planting Seeds: Reimagining Early Care and Education Summit is more than an event—it's the start of a transformative journey to elevate Kansas City's early childhood workforce. We're bringing together passionate career-changers, community leaders, educators, and advocates to reimagine how we nurture our youngest learners. Through dynamic collaboration, innovation, and actionable strategies, we’re planting seeds today that will blossom into a stronger, thriving future for our children, our workforce, and our community. Join us as we cultivate meaningful change! Breakfast will be included. Door prizes are available.  

Audience:  Those looking for a career change or work post-retirement.
