Wondering how to influence people (including yourself!) to do what you want? During this year’s Administrative Professionals Day event, we’ll learn about The Four Tendencies, a framework developed by happiness and habits researcher (and Kansas City native!) Gretchen Rubin that focuses on the follow-through, and we'll practice implementing it at work and in life. Understanding the tendencies will not only help you understand how to live your own life in alignment but will also serve as a guide for building strong teams and influencing action in others.

Powered Consulting Group, she provides coaching and consulting services to clients from various sectors and backgrounds, focusing on leadership development, public speaking, and personal branding. She works with public and private entities to design and deliver customized training programs, strategic planning, and organizational development solutions. Meredith holds certifications from the International City/County Management Association (ICMA) and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business Senior Executive Institute and is committed to lifelong learning and continuous improvement. She enjoys collaborating with diverse and dynamic teams and strives to make a positive impact in the communities she serves.
