Description

The use of artificial intelligence (AI) has increased dramatically over the past few years through standalone tools like ChatGPT and built-in AI assistants in familiar platforms like Zoom and Microsoft 365. Using AI in our work in public land use and development has significant opportunities and challenges. 

Join us for a panel discussion on the intersection of AI and planning with an eye toward public land use and development. The panelist will discuss how planners, real estate developers, and industry professionals in our region are using AI. What are the benefits, risks, and potential impact on the built environment? 

This is not a roadmap to implementing AI in your company or city department but instead an exploration of the use of AI for non-technical members of the planning and development world with a public sector consideration.
