Join us at the 17th annual Heartland HEALTH Conference! The Heartland HEALTH Conference is the largest health equity conference in the region, bringing together over 300 participants from across the Midwest. The conference aims to highlight partnerships and encourage open discussion among academic health centers, community health workers, faith-based community, and community-based service organizations.
