Anger. Frustration. Misunderstanding. Conflict. These words or feelings are often prevalent during times of conflict. What causes conflict, usually, isn't the issue or difference of opinion itself, instead it's how we and others respond to each other during those times. Workplace conflict is an issue that all organizations face.
Everything DiSC Productive Conflict:
By learning about your own behaviors and others’ behavior during conflict, you can use that knowledge to increase the chances of having more productive conflict, which can help lead to better working relationships and better organizational outcomes.
Included in the cost of the training is an assessment which reveals the participant’s DiSC styles and uncovers their natural conflict behaviors and priorities. Participants are asked to complete the assessment at least a week before the class.
Course Instructor:
Gayle Hopkins, MA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is the owner of Organizational Performance Solutions LLC in Independence, Mo. She has nearly 30 years’ experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. Hopkins has developed competency models for multiple organizations and has experience in succession planning, performance management, leadership development and helping managers improve the performance of their own departments.

The cost for the class is $279 for GTI members and $312 for non-GTI members. Advanced registration is required.
