Community Support Network advances in national challenge — MARC’s Community Support Network (CSN) has been selected to advance to phase 2 of the Health at Home Challenge. The Administration for Community Living announced the CSN among the Phase 1 winners of the challenge, which aims to support and reduce costs for up to one million people eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries. MARC awarded 2026 Chronic Disease Self-Management Education Grant — MARC is one of seven recipients of the 2026 Chronic Disease Self-Management Education Grant. The Administration for Community Living will distribute about $8 million in combined funding to support programs that help older adults and adults with disabilities manage chronic conditions. MARC launches 2026 Metro Managers Program — MARC kicked off the 2026 Metro Managers Program on Aug. 28 cohort.
